사용법과 지원 범위

자주 묻는 질문 10개에서 중복·비슷한 사진, 스와이프, 스크린샷·큰 영상, 권한과 앱 삭제 방법을 볼 수 있어요. CleanFactor 1.0은 Android 11 이상에서 한국어·영어 등 20개 언어를 지원하며 Gmail 기능은 없어요.

데이터 삭제

앱 설정의 목록 지우기는 분석 카탈로그만 지워요. 스와이프 기록 초기화는 별도로 실행해 주세요. 전체 로컬 데이터와 설정은 Android 설정 → 앱 → CleanFactor → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 지워요. 기기에 따라 메뉴 이름이 다를 수 있어요.

기록 삭제는 원본 미디어 삭제나 휴지통 복원이 아니에요. 개발자 서버에는 사진·앱 목록이 없어 원격 삭제할 데이터가 없어요. 삭제 방법 또는 문의 이메일 삭제 요청은 위 주소로 보내 주세요. 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해 주세요.

Help and scope

See the FAQ for duplicates, swipe review, screenshots, large media and app uninstalls. Version 1.0 supports Android 11 or later in 20 languages, including Korean and English. Gmail is not provided.

Delete data

Clearing the analysis list removes only the catalog. Reset swipe history separately. To remove all local records and preferences, use Android Settings → Apps → CleanFactor → Storage → Clear data/Clear storage, or uninstall. Labels vary by device.

Clearing records does not delete original media or restore trash. We hold no media/app inventory on a developer server to remotely delete. Email us for deletion help or to request deletion of support correspondence. Read the Privacy policy.
