개인정보 처리방침

시행일: 2026-10-18. 운영자 ref979factor가 제공하는 CleanFactor 1.0.0에 적용합니다. 기기 안에서 처리하는 사진·영상·앱 목록을 개발자 서버로 수집하거나 제3자에게 판매·공유하지 않습니다. 앱 계정 생성은 없습니다. 광고 제공에 따른 Google의 데이터 수집·공유는 아래 4항에 별도로 안내합니다.

1. 기기 내 처리와 보관

사진·영상의 중복·유사도와 종류·크기·날짜를 기기 안에서 분석합니다. 원본 미디어를 개발자 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다. 앱 전용 저장소에는 파일 URI·이름·크기·날짜·해상도·미디어 종류·내용 해시와 시각 지문·폴더/상대 경로·분류·즐겨찾기 등 분석 카탈로그를 보관합니다. 스와이프의 URI와 남기기/삭제 후보 결정은 별도 기록으로 보관하며, 큰 파일 기준과 최근 휴지통 작업의 개수·용량·시간도 로컬 설정에 남습니다. 앱 오프닝 광고의 마지막 실제 표시 시각도 광고 간격 제한을 위해 기기에 저장합니다.

카탈로그는 새 분석으로 갱신되거나 목록 지우기로 삭제될 때까지, 스와이프 기록은 초기화·갱신할 때까지, 설정은 변경하거나 앱 데이터를 지울 때까지 보관합니다. 실행 가능한 사용자 앱의 목록·아이콘·용량·최근 30일 사용 시간은 메모리에서 처리하며 별도 디스크 목록으로 저장하지 않습니다. 앱 자체 진단은 단계·경과 시간·상태 코드·개수만 최대 200건 메모리에 유지하며 자동 전송하지 않습니다. 사용자가 진단을 복사해 외부에 전달하면 해당 앱의 처리가 적용됩니다.

2. 권한별 용도와 철회

• 사진·동영상 읽기(READ_MEDIA_IMAGES/VIDEO, Android 12L 이하는 READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): 허용된 미디어를 분석하고 표시합니다. 지원되는 버전의 선택 사진 접근(READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED)은 허용한 항목만 읽습니다. 거부해도 시스템 파일 선택으로 고른 사진·영상을 분석할 수 있습니다.
• 시스템 파일 선택: 사용자가 고른 파일의 읽기 접근을 유지해 다음 실행에서 목록을 열 수 있습니다. 사진 권한은 Android 설정의 앱 권한에서 변경하고, 선택 파일의 접근은 기기 설정에 따라 관리하거나 앱 데이터 삭제/제거로 해제할 수 있습니다.
• 사용 기록 접근(PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): 선택 사항이며 최근 30일 앱 사용 시간과 앱·데이터 용량을 보여 줍니다. 허용하지 않아도 조회 가능한 앱 목록과 설치 파일 크기를 볼 수 있습니다. Android 설정의 특별한 접근/사용 정보 접근에서 켜거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
• 앱 삭제 요청(REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES): 사용자가 고른 사용자 앱에 대해 시스템 삭제 확인 화면을 엽니다. 자동 제거하지 않으며 시스템 앱은 대상에서 제외됩니다.
• 인터넷(INTERNET): 매니페스트에 남아 있으나 1.0의 사진·앱 정리는 서버 업로드 없이 동작합니다. Gmail/OAuth 연결은 이 출시 버전에서 비활성화되어 있습니다.
• 광고 ID(AD_ID)·인터넷(INTERNET): 동의 상태에 따라 광고를 요청하고 광고 식별자·기기 정보 등을 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다.

3. 삭제·휴지통과 데이터 삭제 방법

사진 휴지통 이동은 앱과 Android 시스템 확인을 거칩니다. 파일 제공자가 지원해야 하며 복원과 휴지통 보관 기간은 갤러리·기기 정책에 따릅니다. 앱 제거 시 제거 대상 앱의 로컬 데이터가 사라질 수 있습니다. 표시 용량은 실제 확보 공간과 다를 수 있습니다.

• CleanFactor 설정의 목록 지우기: 분석 카탈로그만 삭제하며 스와이프 기록과 설정까지 지우지 않습니다.
• 스와이프 기록 초기화: 별도 확인으로 남기기/삭제 후보 기록을 초기화합니다.
• 전체 로컬 데이터: Android 설정 → 앱 → CleanFactor → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제(기기에 따라 저장공간 비우기), 또는 앱 제거를 사용합니다.

앱 기록 삭제는 원본 사진·영상을 삭제하거나 이미 휴지통으로 옮긴 항목을 복원하지 않습니다. 개발자 서버에는 삭제할 미디어/앱 목록이 없습니다. 삭제 방법 문의는 지원 페이지와 이메일을 이용해 주세요.

4. 외부 제공자·SDK·수집 범위

Gmail 조회·메일 정리·Google 계정 연결은 CleanFactor 1.0에 없습니다. 인증 라이브러리는 코드 의존성에 남아 있지만 OFF 출시에서는 인증·자동 재연결·메일 요청 경로를 실행하지 않도록 차단합니다. 기기 전체의 네트워크 통신이 전혀 없다고 주장하지 않습니다. 시스템 파일 제공자가 클라우드 파일을 읽거나 사용자가 외부 앱으로 파일을 열면 해당 제공자/앱의 처리가 적용됩니다.

하단 배너와 앱 복귀 시 앱 오프닝 광고를 위해 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)과 UMP 동의 SDK를 사용합니다. Pro·인앱 결제는 제공하지 않습니다. 사진·영상·분석 카탈로그·설치 앱 목록·사용 기록을 광고 SDK에 전달하지 않습니다.

광고가 활성화되면 Google은 광고 ID 및 앱 세트 ID 등 식별자, IP 주소에서 추정하는 대략적 위치, 기기·SDK 정보, 앱 실행·광고 표시/탭/영상 조회 같은 상호작용과 성능·진단 정보를 수집·공유할 수 있습니다. 목적은 광고 제공·개인화(해당 동의가 있는 경우)·측정/분석 및 부정 사용 방지이며 전송은 TLS로 암호화됩니다. GPS나 정밀 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. Google 측 보관·삭제는 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 Google 광고 안내를 따릅니다. 앱의 로컬 데이터 삭제로 Google이 보관한 광고 데이터까지 삭제되지는 않습니다.

광고 요청 전에 UMP로 동의 상태를 확인하며, 광고 요청이 허용된 경우에만 광고 SDK를 초기화하고 광고를 요청합니다. 개인정보 선택 항목이 필요한 지역에서는 앱 설정의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 광고 ID는 Android 설정의 개인정보/광고 메뉴에서 재설정 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다(기기별 메뉴 차이). 동의 거부·광고 제한 시 가능한 광고 처리는 Google의 동의 상태와 지역별 정책에 따릅니다. 별도 Crashlytics SDK는 포함하지 않습니다.

문의 이메일을 직접 보내면 이메일 주소와 사용자가 보낸 문의 내용은 메일 서비스와 운영자가 답변 목적으로 처리합니다. 문의는 대응이 끝난 뒤 불필요해지면 삭제하며, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 문의 처리는 앱의 자동 데이터 수집과 별개입니다.

5. 보안·백업

기록은 Android 앱 전용 저장공간에 보관하며 앱 백업과 기기 간 자동 이전에서 제외합니다. 별도의 앱 수준 카탈로그 암호화나 종단 간 암호화를 제공한다고 주장하지 않습니다. 공용 기기에서는 운영체제 잠금과 권한 설정을 함께 관리해 주세요.

6. 이용 대상·변경·연락처

사진·앱을 직접 검토하는 일반 정리 도구이며 어린이 전용 서비스나 별도 어린이 개인정보 수집 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 기능·SDK·처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다. 운영자/개인정보 문의: ref979factor, ref979factor@gmail.com.

Privacy policy

Effective October 18, 2026, for CleanFactor 1.0.0, operated by ref979factor. We do not collect your locally processed photos, videos or app inventory on a developer server, or sell or share them with third parties. No app account is created. Google advertising data collection and sharing are described separately in section 4.

1. On-device processing and retention

Duplicates, similarity, media type, size and dates are analyzed locally. Originals are not uploaded to a developer server. Private app storage holds an analysis catalog containing file URIs, names, sizes, dates, dimensions, media types, content hashes, visual fingerprints, folders/relative paths, classifications and favorite status. Swipe URIs and keep/removal decisions are stored separately. Settings also retain the large-file threshold and the count, size and time of the most recent trash operation. The last actual app-open ad display time is saved locally to limit ad frequency.

The catalog stays until replaced by analysis or cleared. Swipe records stay until updated or reset, and settings until changed or app data is cleared. Launchable user-app inventory, icons, sizes and 30-day usage are processed in memory without a separate disk inventory. The app’s own diagnostics retain up to 200 stage, elapsed-time, status-code and count events in memory without automatic transmission. If you copy diagnostics to another app, that app's processing applies.

2. Permissions and withdrawal

• Photos/videos (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES/VIDEO; READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE through Android 12L): read permitted media for analysis and display. Selected-media access (READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED) on supported versions reads only permitted items. You can instead choose media with the system file picker.
• System file picker: persistent read access can reopen selected files later. Change media permissions in Android app settings; manage selected-file grants where supported, or clear app data/uninstall to release them.
• Optional Usage Access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): shows last-30-day use and app-plus-data sizes. Without access, available apps and installation-file sizes can still be shown. Grant or revoke it in Android Settings under Special access/Usage access.
• Uninstall requests (REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES): open system confirmation for user-selected user apps. Removal is not automatic and system apps are excluded.
• Internet (INTERNET): remains declared, while photo/app cleanup operates without server uploads. Gmail/OAuth connection is disabled in this release.
• Advertising ID (AD_ID) and Internet (INTERNET): ad requests may send advertising identifiers and device information to Google according to consent status.

3. Trash and deleting local data

Moving media to trash requires in-app and system confirmation and a compatible provider. Restoration and retention depend on your gallery/device. Uninstalling another app may remove that app's local data. Displayed sizes may differ from recovered space.

• Clear the analysis list in CleanFactor settings to delete only the catalog, leaving swipe records and preferences.
• Use the separate swipe-history reset confirmation to reset keep/removal decisions.
• For all local data, use Android Settings → Apps → CleanFactor → Storage → Clear data/Clear storage, or uninstall CleanFactor. Labels vary by device.

Clearing app records does not delete original media or restore items already in trash. There is no media/app inventory on our server to delete. See Support or email us for help.

4. Providers, SDKs and collection scope

Gmail access, mail cleanup and Google account connection are not provided in version 1.0. Authentication libraries remain as dependencies, but the OFF release blocks authentication, automatic reconnection and mail request paths. This is not a claim that the entire device makes no network connections. Cloud file providers or external apps you choose to open files with apply their own policies.

Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and the UMP consent SDK provide bottom banner ads and app-open ads on eligible returns to the app. There is no Pro purchase or in-app billing. Photos, videos, analysis catalogs, installed-app inventories and usage records are not passed to the advertising SDK.

When ads are enabled, Google may collect and share advertising and app set IDs and other identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device/SDK information, interactions such as launches, ad impressions, taps and video views, and performance/diagnostic information. Purposes include ad delivery, personalization where consented, measurement/analytics and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We do not request GPS or precise-location permission. Google's retention and deletion practices follow the Google Privacy Policy and advertising information. Clearing local app data does not delete advertising data held by Google.

UMP checks consent before ad requests. The advertising SDK is initialized and ads are requested only when requests are permitted. Where a privacy-options entry is required, use “Ad privacy settings” in app settings to change choices. Android privacy/ads settings let you reset or delete your advertising ID; menu labels vary. Available ad processing after refusal or restriction depends on Google's consent status and regional policies. No separate Crashlytics SDK is included.

If you email support, your email address and submitted content are processed by the mail service and operator to answer you. Inquiries are deleted when no longer needed after handling, and you can request deletion. Support email is separate from automatic app collection.

5. Security and backups

Records use Android private app storage and are excluded from app cloud backup and automatic device transfer. We do not claim separate app-level catalog encryption or end-to-end encryption.

6. Audience, changes and contact

This is a general cleanup tool for manually reviewing photos and apps, not a child-specific service; it has no separate child-data collection feature. Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용해 화면 이동, 앱 전면 체류 시간, 권한 선택, 작업의 성공·취소·실패를 측정합니다. SDK는 앱 인스턴스 식별자와 앱·기기 정보, 네트워크에서 추정한 대략적 지역 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱이 작성하는 이벤트에는 사진·정확한 좌표·주소·문서·알람 이름·시각·QR 내용·파일명·검색어·계정 정보·오류 메시지를 포함하지 않습니다. 이 분석 SDK의 광고 ID 수집은 끄며, AdMob의 별도 처리와 동의 안내는 광고 항목을 따릅니다. 전송은 암호화되며 Google의 보관·처리 정책이 적용됩니다. 개인정보 문의는 ref979factor@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure logical screens, foreground engagement, permission choices and operation success, cancellation or failure. The SDK may process an app-instance identifier, app/device information and approximate region inferred from network information. Our product events never include photos, precise coordinates, addresses, document or alarm labels/times, QR contents, filenames, queries, account information or exception messages. Advertising-ID collection is disabled for this analytics SDK; AdMob processing and consent are described separately.
