Speater 개인정보 처리방침

1. 계정과 기기에 저장하는 정보

Speater는 회원가입이나 앱 계정이 없습니다. 보관함의 미디어·자막, 프로젝트, 단어장·저장한 표현, 학습 진행 기록, 연습 녹음·점수와 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 최근 방문한 웹페이지 주소와 다운로드 대기열도 기기에 저장됩니다.

앱은 이 학습 자료와 녹음을 개발자 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 학습 탭(한국어 기기)의 수업은 앱에 들어 있고, 앱을 켜거나 다시 열 때 개발자의 학습 콘텐츠 서버(ref979factor.dothome.co.kr)에서 새 수업이 있는지 확인해 내려받습니다. 수업 음성은 기기에 내장된 iOS 음성으로 기기 안에서 만듭니다.

콘텐츠 업데이트를 인증하기 위해 앱 설치별로 만든 서명 키의 공개 키·설치 키 ID·등록 시각을 서버에 보관합니다. 설치 키 ID는 같은 앱 설치의 요청을 구분하는 식별자이며, 이름·Apple ID·광고 식별자(IDFA)·기기 공급업체 식별자(IDFV)와 결합하지 않습니다. 서버는 남용 방지를 위한 IP 주소 해시와 요청 카운터도 보관합니다. 이 정보는 콘텐츠 제공·인증·보안에 사용하며 광고, 사용 분석 또는 다른 앱·사이트에 걸친 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 마이크와 음성 인식

마이크는 권한을 허용한 뒤 롤플레이와 복습 카드에서 내 목소리를 녹음하고 원음과 비교하는 데 사용됩니다. 연습 녹음은 기기에 보관됩니다.

단어 정확도를 확인할 때 Apple Speech의 기기 내 음성 인식을 사용합니다. 기존 SFSpeechRecognizer 경로는 requiresOnDeviceRecognition = true로 설정되어 있고, iOS 26 이상에서는 사용할 수 있는 경우 설치된 SpeechTranscriber 모델을 사용합니다. 기기 내 모델이나 권한을 사용할 수 없으면 단어 정확도가 제공되지 않을 수 있으며, 녹음을 인식 서버로 보내는 방식으로 전환하지 않습니다.

3. 파일과 음악 보관함 접근

사용자가 고른 오디오·영상·자막 파일을 앱 보관함으로 가져옵니다. Mac Finder 파일 공유로 Speater에 넣은 파일이나 폴더도 가져올 수 있습니다. 음악 보관함에서 곡을 가져오는 경우에만 음악 보관함 접근 권한을 요청합니다.

4. 웹페이지·다운로드·온라인 사전

앱 안에서 사용자가 여는 외부 웹사이트와 다운로드 서버에 인터넷으로 연결됩니다. 자료 내려받기는 사용자가 고른 다운로드 링크나 영상·자막 받기 버튼에서 시작하며, 이미 시작한 다운로드는 백그라운드에서 이어질 수 있습니다. 웹페이지를 열거나 페이지의 자막 링크를 확인하는 통신도 있습니다.

앱 안 브라우저는 사이트의 쿠키·로그인 상태를 기기에 유지합니다. 다운로드 요청에는 해당 사이트에 맞는 쿠키, 요청 헤더·본문과 출처 페이지 주소가 포함될 수 있습니다. 온라인 사전을 열면 선택한 단어가 사전 주소에 포함됩니다.

연결하는 사이트는 IP 주소와 요청 정보를 받을 수 있고 자체 쿠키나 추적 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 해당 사이트의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

5. 광고·사용 분석·추적

Speater는 무료·Pro 모두 광고가 없으며 광고, 사용 분석 또는 추적 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 앱 사용 통계나 광고 식별자를 수집하기 위한 SDK 통신은 하지 않습니다. 사용자가 여는 외부 웹사이트의 동작은 위 4항과 같습니다.

6. Speater Pro 구독 결제

Speater Pro는 Apple App Store의 StoreKit으로 결제하는 자동 갱신 구독입니다. Apple ID로 관리되며, 앱은 Apple이 검증한 구독 상품·만료·권한 회수 또는 환불 상태를 확인하고 이용 권한 정보를 기기에 저장합니다. 개발자가 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보를 직접 받는 결제 입력 화면은 없습니다.

한국 기준 월 4,900원 / 연 39,000원이며, 연간 구독에 대상 계정 한정 7일 무료 체험이 있습니다. 가격과 체험 가능 여부는 지역·계정에 따라 달라 결제 화면에서 확인해야 합니다. 구독과 체험은 기기 설정 › Apple ID › 구독에서 관리·해지할 수 있으며, 종료 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다.

7. 보관과 삭제

기기에 저장된 학습 데이터는 앱에서 해당 항목을 지우거나 기기의 앱 삭제 기능으로 Speater를 삭제할 때 제거할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 Apple ID의 구독이 해지되지는 않으므로 구독 해지는 위 경로에서 진행해 주세요.

서버에 등록된 공개 키·설치 키 ID·등록 시각은 콘텐츠 인증과 남용 방지를 위해 보관하며 현재 자동 만료·삭제 주기는 설정되어 있지 않습니다. 인증용 일회성 챌린지는 2분간 유효하고, IP 해시의 등록 횟수 카운터는 시간별 구간으로 갱신합니다. 앱 삭제가 서버의 설치 키 기록을 자동으로 삭제하지는 않습니다. 이 보안 기록에는 개인 학습 자료나 녹음이 포함되지 않습니다. 관련 문의는 아래 이메일로 보내 주세요.

8. 문의와 변경

문의 메일을 보내면 메일 주소, 본문과 직접 첨부한 자료가 문의 내용에 포함됩니다. 개인정보 관련 질문은 ref979factor@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다.

1. Accounts and data stored on your device

Speater has no sign-up or app account. Your media and subtitle library, projects, vocabulary and saved expressions, study progress, practice recordings and scores, and settings are stored on your device. Recent web page addresses and the download queue are also stored locally.

The app does not upload this study data or your recordings to a developer server. Lessons in the Learn tab (shown on Korean-language devices) are built in, and when the app launches or returns to the foreground it checks the developer's study content server (ref979factor.dothome.co.kr) for new lessons. Lesson audio is generated on the device with built-in iOS voices.

To authenticate content updates, the server retains the public key of an app-installation signing key, its installation key ID and registration time. The installation key ID distinguishes requests from the same app installation. It is not combined with your name, Apple ID, advertising identifier (IDFA) or vendor identifier (IDFV). The server also retains IP-address hashes and request counters to prevent abuse. This information is used for content delivery, authentication and security, and is not used for advertising, analytics or tracking across other apps or websites.

2. Microphone and speech recognition

With permission, the microphone records your voice for roleplay and review cards so you can compare it with the original. Practice recordings are kept on your device.

Word accuracy uses Apple Speech on-device recognition. The legacy SFSpeechRecognizer path sets requiresOnDeviceRecognition = true; on iOS 26 or later, an installed SpeechTranscriber model is used when available. Word accuracy may be unavailable without permission or a supported on-device model, and the app does not fall back to sending recordings to a recognition server.

3. Files and music library access

The app imports audio, video and subtitle files you choose into its library. You can also import files or folders placed in Speater through Mac Finder file sharing. Music library permission is requested only when importing songs from that library.

4. Web pages, downloads and online dictionaries

The app connects to external websites and download servers you choose to open. Media and subtitle downloads start from the download links or receive buttons you choose; a download already started may continue in the background. Opening pages and checking their subtitle links also make network requests.

The in-app browser retains website cookies and login state on your device. Download requests may include matching site cookies, request headers and body, and the referring page address. Opening an online dictionary includes your selected word in the dictionary URL.

These sites may receive your IP address and request information and may use their own cookies or tracking. Their own privacy policies apply.

5. Ads, analytics and tracking

Both free Speater and Pro have no ads and include no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. The app makes no SDK requests to collect usage statistics or advertising identifiers. External websites you open are covered in section 4.

6. Speater Pro subscriptions

Speater Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple App Store StoreKit and managed with your Apple ID. The app checks Apple-verified subscription products, expiration and revocation or refund status, and stores access information on your device. There is no payment-entry screen where the developer directly receives your card details.

Korean prices are ₩4,900 per month or ₩39,000 per year, with a 7-day trial on the yearly plan for eligible accounts. Prices and trial availability vary by region and account; check the purchase screen. Manage or cancel your subscription or trial in device Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

7. Retention and deletion

Remove local study data by deleting the relevant items in the app or using your device’s Delete App action to delete Speater. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple ID subscription; use the subscription settings above to cancel it.

Registered public keys, installation key IDs and registration times are retained for content authentication and abuse prevention; no automatic expiration or deletion schedule is currently configured. One-time authentication challenges are valid for two minutes, and IP-hash registration counters rotate in hourly buckets. Deleting the app does not automatically delete its installation key record on the server. These security records do not contain your personal study material or recordings.
