자주 묻는 질문

어떤 파일을 열 수 있나요? PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT를 가져올 수 있습니다. 파일은 최대 100MB, PDF는 최대 500페이지입니다. DOC·XLS·PPT는 새 형식으로 변환한 뒤 가져와 주세요.

암호가 걸린 PDF는요? 열 때 암호를 입력하면 읽을 수 있고, 도구의 암호 해제로 알고 있는 암호로 해제한 사본을 만들 수 있습니다. 암호는 저장하지 않습니다.

원본 파일이 바뀌나요? 아니요. 가져온 문서는 앱 안의 사본이고, 도구 결과는 항상 새 사본으로 저장됩니다.

앱 언어를 바꾸고 싶어요. 앱의 설정 › 언어에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.

광고 동의를 바꾸고 싶어요. 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱의 설정 › 광고 개인정보 설정에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.

FAQ

Which files can I open? You can import PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and TXT files, up to 100 MB per file and 500 pages per PDF. Convert DOC, XLS and PPT files to the newer formats before importing.

What about password-protected PDFs? Enter the password when opening to read it, or use Remove password in Tools to create an unlocked copy with a password you know. Passwords are never saved.

Are my original files changed? No. Imported documents are copies inside the app, and tool results are always saved as new copies.

How do I change the app language? Open Settings › Language in the app.

How do I change my ad consent? Where consent is required, open Settings › Ad privacy settings in the app.
