1. 기기에 저장하는 정보
PDF Box는 회원 가입이나 계정이 없습니다. 가져온 문서의 사본, 도구로 만든 결과 파일, 최근 페이지·즐겨찾기·책갈피, 앱 설정은 사용자의 기기 안 앱 전용 공간에만 저장됩니다. 문서와 사진, 파일 이름, 문서 내용은 개발자가 운영하는 서버나 Google로 보내지 않습니다. Android 백업을 사용하지 않으며 앱을 삭제하면 보관한 사본도 삭제됩니다.
2. 문서·사진 처리와 암호
문서 병합, 페이지 추출, 이미지 변환, 사진 → PDF/Word, Office → PDF 변환은 모두 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 문서와 사진은 시스템 문서·사진 선택기에서 사용자가 직접 고른 파일에만 접근합니다. PDF 암호는 저장하지 않으며, 열람용으로 잠시 만든 해제 파일은 화면을 닫거나 다음 실행 때 정리합니다.
3. 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱에는 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. 화면 아래 배너 광고, 변환을 몇 번 마친 뒤 나올 수 있는 전체 화면 광고(전면 광고), 다른 앱에 갔다가 돌아올 때 나올 수 있는 전체 화면 광고(앱 오프닝 광고)입니다. 광고를 제공·측정하고 부정 사용을 막기 위해 Google은 광고 ID, 기기·앱 정보, IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 위치 같은 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 유럽 경제 지역 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 동의를 묻고, 설정 › 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 광고 ID는 Android 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google의 파트너 사이트 데이터 사용과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
4. 이용 통계와 오류 진단 (Firebase)
앱 개선과 오류 해결을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics와 Crashlytics를 사용합니다. 화면 이동, 앱 버전, 기기·운영체제 정보, 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 오류 보고서가 Google에 전송될 수 있습니다. 문서와 사진, 파일 이름, 문서 내용, 암호, 검색어는 보내지 않습니다. 데이터는 전송 중 암호화되며 Google 서비스의 보관 설정과 정책에 따라 보관됩니다. 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보 보호를 참고해 주세요.
5. 공유·저장·인쇄
공유, 다른 위치에 저장, 인쇄는 사용자가 고른 파일만 사용자가 고른 앱이나 저장 위치로 전달합니다. 그 이후에는 해당 앱·저장소의 정책이 적용됩니다.
6. 권한
인터넷과 광고 ID(광고와 이용 통계)를 사용합니다. 문서와 사진은 시스템 선택기로 사용자가 고른 것에만 접근하며, 저장소 전체 접근 권한이나 카메라 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
7. 보관과 삭제
기기 안의 데이터는 사용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 남습니다. 문서 목록의 삭제, 앱 데이터 삭제나 앱 제거로 지울 수 있습니다. 앱에 계정이 없고 이용 통계에 이름·이메일을 연결하지 않으므로, 개별 통계·진단 데이터를 식별해 삭제하는 데 한계가 있을 수 있습니다. 개인정보 관련 요청은 아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요.
8. 아동
이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

1. What stays on your device
PDF Box has no sign-up or account. Copies of imported documents, result files created with the tools, reading positions, favorites, bookmarks and app settings are stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. Documents, photos, file names and document content are never sent to servers run by the developer or to Google. Android backup is disabled, and uninstalling the app deletes its stored copies.
2. Documents, photos and passwords
Merging, page extraction, image export, photos to PDF/Word and Office to PDF conversion all run on your device. The app only accesses documents and photos you pick in the system document or photo picker. PDF passwords are never saved, and temporary unlocked files used for reading are removed when you close the viewer or next launch the app.
3. Ads (Google AdMob)
The app shows Google AdMob ads: a banner at the bottom of the screen, a full-screen ad that may appear after you complete several conversions (interstitial ad), and a full-screen ad that may appear when you return from another app (app open ad). To deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect and use information such as the advertising ID, device and app information, and approximate location estimated from the IP address. Where consent is required (for example, in the European Economic Area), the app asks the first time it opens, and you can change your choice anytime in Settings › Ad privacy settings. 4. Usage statistics and crash reports (Firebase)
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve the app and fix errors. Screen views, app version, device and operating-system information, the app-instance identifier and crash reports may be sent to Google. Documents, photos, file names, document content, passwords and search terms are not sent. Data is encrypted in transit and retained according to Google’s retention settings and policies. 5. Share, save and print
Share, save to another location and print pass only the file you choose to the app or location you pick. After that, the policies of that app or storage apply.
6. Permissions
Internet and the advertising ID (ads and usage statistics). Documents and photos are accessed only when you pick them in the system picker; the app does not request broad storage access or the camera.
7. Retention and deletion
Data on your device stays until you delete it or remove the app. Delete it from the document list, by clearing the app’s data or by uninstalling the app. Because there is no account and names or email addresses are not linked to usage statistics, identifying and deleting an individual’s statistics or diagnostics may not always be possible. 8. Children
This app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
