사진이 일부만 보여요
사진 접근을 "선택한 사진"으로 허용했다면 고른 사진만 보여요. 앱의 설정(오른쪽 위 조절 아이콘) › 접근할 사진 변경 또는 iPhone 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 사진 › MapRoll에서 "전체 접근"으로 바꿀 수 있어요.
사진 속 글자로 검색하려면?
목록에서 선택을 누르고 사진을 고른 뒤 글자 인식을 누르세요(한 번에 30장까지). 사진 상세 화면에서 한 장씩도 할 수 있어요. 인식은 기기 안에서 이루어지고, iPhone에 있는 이미지만 사용해요(iCloud에서 받지 않아요).
태그와 메모를 다른 iPhone으로 옮기려면?
설정 › 태그·메모 백업 및 복원에서 파일로 저장한 뒤 새 iPhone에서 불러오세요. 태그와 메모는 앱 안에만 저장되므로 앱을 지우기 전에 백업해 두세요.
MapRoll Pro는 무엇인가요?
무료로는 태그 3개, 메모 3장, 날짜 범위 1개월까지 쓸 수 있고, 앱을 열 때와 사진 목록·상세 화면에 광고가 나와요. MapRoll Pro(월간 또는 연간 자동 갱신 구독, 처음 3일 무료 체험)는 이 제한과 광고를 모두 없애 줘요. 이미 남긴 태그와 메모는 구독하지 않아도 그대로 볼 수 있어요. 체험이 끝나면 선택한 요금으로 자동 갱신되며, 체험 기간에 해지하면 결제되지 않아요.

지도에서 현재 위치로 가지 않아요
iPhone 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 위치 서비스 › MapRoll에서 "앱을 사용하는 동안"을 허용해 주세요. 위치는 기기 안에서 지도를 옮기는 데만 써요.
광고를 신고하려면?
부적절하거나 불편한 광고를 보셨다면 광고 화면을 캡처해 ref979factor@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 본 시각과 화면(목록·상세·앱 열 때)을 함께 적어 주시면 광고 네트워크에서 차단할게요. 광고 모서리의 AdChoices 표시(▷)에서도 광고를 숨기거나 신고할 수 있어요.

Only some of my photos show up
If you allowed access to "Selected Photos", only those appear. Change it in the app's Settings (sliders icon, top right) › Manage photo access, or in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › MapRoll, and choose "Full Access".
How do I search by text in photos?
Tap Select in the list, choose photos and tap Recognize text (up to 30 at a time), or do it one photo at a time in its details. Recognition runs on the device and uses only images already on the iPhone (nothing is downloaded from iCloud).
How do I move tags and notes to another iPhone?
Save a file in Settings › Back up and restore tags and notes, then open it on the new iPhone. Tags and notes live only in the app, so back them up before deleting the app.
What is MapRoll Pro?
The free version includes up to 3 tags, notes on up to 3 photos and date ranges of up to 1 month, and shows ads when it opens and in the photo list and details. MapRoll Pro (a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 3-day free trial) removes these limits and the ads. Tags and notes you already added stay viewable without a subscription. After the trial it renews automatically at the plan's price; cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.
I subscribed but still see ads / I changed iPhones
Make sure you use the same Apple Account, then tap Settings › MapRoll Pro › Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel?
Go to iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions › MapRoll, or open it from the app's Settings › MapRoll Pro › Manage Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. For refunds, contact Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
How do I change my ad consent?
Where consent is required, change it anytime in Settings › MapRoll Pro › Ad Privacy Settings.
The map doesn't go to my location
Allow "While Using the App" in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › MapRoll. Your location is used on the device only to move the map.
How do I report an ad?
If you see an inappropriate or annoying ad, send a screenshot to ref979factor@gmail.com with the time and where it appeared (list, details or app open). We will block it in the ad network. You can also hide or report an ad from its AdChoices mark (▷).
