FPS: Find Photo Speedily · Privacy Policy · 시행일 / Effective 2026-10-09

3. 광고 (Google AdMob)

(Firebase)

1. Photos and app data

FPS has no sign-up or account, and the developer runs no server. Your photos stay in your iPhone photo library; the app only reads them. Photos, their dates and locations, and file names are never sent to the developer or uploaded. The tags and notes you add and the text recognized in photos are stored only in the app on this device. Text recognition runs on the device and uses only images already on the iPhone; nothing is downloaded from iCloud. Tag and note backup files are saved only where you choose.

2. Location and maps

Location permission is requested only when you move the map to where you are. Your location is used on the device to move the map and is not sent to the developer. The map, place search and photo addresses use Apple Maps (MapKit), so search text and coordinates may be sent to Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

Without FPS Pro, the app shows Google AdMob ads: a banner below the photo list and photo details, and a full-screen ad that may appear when you open or return to the app (app open ad). To serve ads, Google may collect and use information such as your IP address, device type and settings, and advertising identifiers. FPS does not ask for tracking permission (ATT), so it does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). Your photos, tags, notes and searches are not used for ads. Where consent is required (for example, in the European Economic Area), a consent form appears first, and you can change your choice anytime in Settings › Ad Privacy Settings. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Usage analytics and crash diagnostics (Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve the app and diagnose errors. App usage events (opening the paywall, subscribing, whether an ad was shown, the notification permission choice and similar), app version, device and operating-system information, app-instance and installation identifiers, crash reports and diagnostics may be sent to Google. Google may infer approximate location from IP addresses. Photos, file names, tags, notes, recognized text and searches are never included in analytics events, and we do not set a user name or account identifier. Data is encrypted in transit and retained according to the Google services' retention settings and policies. See Firebase privacy information.

5. Notifications

If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) creates a device notification token so we can send notices such as new features. The token is used only to deliver notifications and is not linked to your photos or app data. You can turn notifications off anytime in iPhone Settings › Notifications › FPS.

6. Subscriptions

FPS Pro (no limits, no ads) is purchased through the Apple App Store and processed by Apple. The developer never receives your payment details; the app only checks on your device whether a subscription is active. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.

7. Retention and deletion

Tags, notes and recognized text stay on your device until you delete them or remove the app, which deletes them as well. Photos in your photo library are not affected when you delete the app. Contact the email below for privacy requests. Because there is no app account and names or email addresses are not linked to analytics, identifying and deleting an individual's analytics or diagnostics may not always be possible.

8. Children

FPS is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
