Locketbook 개인정보 처리방침

1. 저장하는 정보

Locketbook은 회원 가입이나 계정이 없습니다. 연락처, 그룹(태그), 회의록, 음성 메모, 첨부 파일, 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. iPhone의 시스템 연락처(연락처 앱)와는 별도로 보관하며, 시스템 연락처를 바꾸거나 동기화하지 않습니다. iCloud 동기화를 켜면 같은 Apple ID의 기기끼리 맞추기 위해 사용자 본인의 iCloud 비공개 데이터베이스에도 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 Apple이 보관하며 개발자는 볼 수 없습니다. 연락처와 회의록 내용을 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

2. 기기 권한

연락처: iOS 연락처 선택 화면에서 사용자가 고른 연락처만 Locketbook으로 복사합니다.
카메라: 명함을 촬영해 연락처로 가져올 때 사용합니다. 글자 인식은 기기 안에서 처리하며(Apple Vision, Google ML Kit 기기 내 모델) 사진을 외부로 보내지 않습니다.
파일 가져오기: CSV · Excel · Word · PDF · vCard 파일은 기기 안에서 읽어 연락처로 바꿉니다.
캘린더: 회의 일정을 사용자의 캘린더에 등록하기로 선택했을 때만 사용합니다.
마이크: 회의록에 음성 메모를 저장할 때 사용하며, 녹음은 기기(와 켜 둔 경우 iCloud)에 저장됩니다.
Face ID: 앱 잠금 해제에 사용합니다. 인증은 iOS가 처리하며 앱은 생체 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.

3. 광고 (Google AdMob)

무료 버전에는 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. 화면 아래 배너 광고와, 앱을 열거나 다시 돌아올 때 나올 수 있는 전체 화면 광고(앱 오프닝 광고)입니다. Locketbook Pro에는 광고가 없습니다. 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google은 IP 주소, 기기 종류와 설정, 광고 식별자 같은 정보를 수집 · 이용할 수 있습니다. 광고를 보여 주기 전에 iOS 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 창으로 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다. 허용한 경우에만 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 맞춤 광고에 쓰이며, 거부하면 IDFA 없이 광고가 나옵니다. iOS 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 연락처 · 회의록 내용은 광고나 추적에 쓰지 않습니다. 유럽 경제 지역 · 영국 · 스위스처럼 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고를 보여 주기 전에 Google 동의 창이 뜨고, 설정 › 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google의 파트너 사이트 데이터 사용과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.

4. 이용 통계와 오류 보고

앱을 개선하기 위해 Google Firebase를 사용합니다.

Firebase Analytics: 어떤 화면과 기능을 쓰는지(예: 연락처 추가 방식, 가져온 파일 형식, 결제 화면을 연 경로)를 익명의 앱 인스턴스 단위로 집계합니다. 연락처 이름 · 전화번호 · 이메일 · 주소 · 메모 · 그룹 이름 · 검색어 · 파일 이름은 보내지 않습니다.
Firebase Crashlytics: 앱이 비정상 종료되면 기기 종류, OS 버전, 오류 위치 같은 진단 정보를 보냅니다.
Firebase Cloud Messaging: 알림을 허용하면 공지 알림을 보내기 위한 기기 알림 토큰을 사용합니다.
Branch: Locketbook 링크로 앱을 열 때 연결할 화면을 찾기 위해 기기 종류, OS 버전, IP 주소 같은 정보를 처리합니다.

5. 구독 결제

Locketbook Pro 구독(월간 · 연간)은 Apple App Store에서 결제되고 Apple이 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보(카드 번호 등)를 받지 않으며, 앱은 구독 중인지 여부만 기기에서 확인합니다. 구독은 App Store 계정 설정에서 관리하고 해지할 수 있습니다. 구독이 끝나도 이미 저장한 연락처는 그대로 열람 · 편집할 수 있습니다.

6. 알림

생일과 회의 알림은 기기 안에서만 예약되는 로컬 알림이며, 이를 위해 외부 서버로 정보를 보내지 않습니다.

7. 보관과 삭제

데이터는 사용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기와 사용자의 iCloud에 남습니다. iCloud에 저장된 Locketbook 데이터는 iOS 설정 › Apple ID › iCloud에서 지울 수 있습니다. 이용 통계와 오류 보고는 Google의 보관 정책에 따라 보관됩니다.

8. 아동

Locketbook은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

1. What we store

Locketbook has no sign-up or account. Your contacts, groups (tags), meeting notes, voice memos, attachments and settings are stored on your device. They are kept separate from the iPhone's system Contacts; Locketbook does not change or sync your system Contacts. If you turn on iCloud sync, they are also stored in your own private iCloud database to keep your devices with the same Apple ID in sync. That data is held by Apple and is not visible to the developer. Your contacts and notes are never sent to servers run by the developer.

2. Device permissions

Contacts: only the contacts you pick in the iOS contact picker are copied into Locketbook.
Camera: used to scan business cards. Text recognition runs on your device (Apple Vision and Google ML Kit on-device models); photos are not uploaded.
File import: CSV, Excel, Word, PDF and vCard files are read on your device and turned into contacts.
Calendar: used only when you choose to add a meeting to your calendar.
Microphone: used to save voice memos with meeting notes; recordings are stored on your device (and in your iCloud if sync is on).
Face ID: used to unlock the app lock. iOS handles authentication; the app never accesses biometric data.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

The free version shows Google AdMob ads: a banner at the bottom of the screen and a full-screen ad that may appear when you open or return to the app (app open ad). Locketbook Pro shows no ads. To serve ads, Google may collect and use information such as your IP address, device type and settings, and advertising identifiers. Before showing ads, Locketbook asks for tracking permission through iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT). The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for personalized ads only if you allow it; if you decline, ads are shown without the IDFA. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Your contacts and meeting notes are never used for ads or tracking. Where consent is required (for example, in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), a Google consent form appears before any ads, and you can change your choice anytime in Settings › Ad privacy settings. 4. Usage statistics and crash reports

We use Google Firebase to improve the app.

Firebase Analytics: counts which screens and features are used (for example, how a contact was added, the imported file type, or where the paywall was opened from) per anonymous app instance. Contact names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes, group names, search terms and file names are never sent.
Firebase Crashlytics: if the app crashes, it sends diagnostics such as device model, OS version and where the error happened.
Firebase Cloud Messaging: if you allow notifications, a device notification token is used to send announcements.
Branch: when you open the app from a Locketbook link, it processes information such as device model, OS version and IP address to open the right screen.

5. Subscriptions

Locketbook Pro (monthly or annual) is purchased through the Apple App Store and processed by Apple. The developer never receives your payment details; the app only checks on your device whether a subscription is active. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. If a subscription ends, the contacts you already saved stay viewable and editable.

6. Notifications

Birthday and meeting reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No information is sent to an external server for them.

7. Retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device and in your iCloud until you delete it or remove the app. You can delete Locketbook data stored in iCloud in iOS Settings › Apple ID › iCloud. Usage statistics and crash reports are retained under Google's retention policies.

8. Children

Locketbook is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

9. Changes and contact
