24ours 개인정보 처리방침

1. 저장하는 정보

24ours는 회원 가입이나 계정이 없습니다. 할 일, Days, 메모, 기록, 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. iPhone · iPad · Mac에서 iCloud를 켜 두면 같은 Apple ID의 기기끼리 맞추기 위해 사용자 본인의 iCloud 비공개 데이터베이스에도 저장됩니다. Android에서는 기기에만 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 Apple이 보관하며 개발자는 볼 수 없습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 보내는 정보는 없습니다.

2. 광고 (Google AdMob)

무료 버전의 iPhone · iPad · Android 앱에는 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. 화면 아래 배너 광고와, 앱을 열거나 다시 돌아올 때 나올 수 있는 전체 화면 광고(앱 오프닝 광고)입니다(Mac 앱과 24ours Pro에는 광고가 없습니다). 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google은 IP 주소, 기기 종류와 설정, 광고 식별자 같은 정보를 수집 · 이용할 수 있습니다. 24ours는 앱 추적 권한(ATT)을 요청하지 않으므로 iOS에서 광고 식별자(IDFA)에 접근하지 않습니다. 유럽 경제 지역 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음에 동의 창이 뜨고, 설정 › 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google의 파트너 사이트 데이터 사용과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.

3. 사용 분석과 오류 진단 (Firebase)

앱 개선과 오류 해결을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics와 Crashlytics를 사용합니다. 화면 조회, 기능 사용과 버튼 누름, 앱 버전, 기기·운영체제 정보, 앱 인스턴스·설치 식별자, 오류 보고서와 진단 정보가 Google에 전송될 수 있습니다. Google은 IP 주소에서 대략적인 위치를 추정할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 분석 결과와 오류 보고서를 확인합니다. 개발 빌드는 수집을 비활성화합니다. 할 일 제목, 세부 항목 내용, 메모를 분석 이벤트에 넣지 않으며, 사용자 이름이나 계정 식별자를 설정하지 않습니다. 데이터는 전송 중 암호화되며 Google 서비스의 보관 설정과 정책에 따라 보관됩니다. 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보 보호를 참고해 주세요.

4. 구독 결제

24ours Pro 구독은 Apple App Store에서 결제되고 Apple이 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보(카드 번호 등)를 받지 않으며, 앱은 구독 중인지 여부만 기기에서 확인합니다. 구독은 App Store 계정 설정에서 관리하고 해지할 수 있습니다. 현재 Android에는 구독 결제가 없으며 모든 기능을 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다.

5. 알림

알림은 기기 안에서만 예약되는 로컬 알림입니다. 알림을 위해 외부 서버로 정보를 보내지 않습니다.

6. 보관과 삭제

데이터는 사용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기와 사용자의 iCloud에 남습니다. 앱에서 지운 항목은 “최근 삭제”에 잠시 보관된 뒤 사라집니다. iCloud에 저장된 24ours 데이터는 iOS 설정 › Apple ID › iCloud에서 지울 수 있습니다. Android의 기기 데이터는 앱의 데이터 삭제나 앱 제거로 지울 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자는 Android 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 관련 요청은 아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요. 앱에 회원 계정이 없고 분석에 이름·이메일을 연결하지 않으므로 개별 진단·분석 데이터를 식별해 삭제하는 데 한계가 있을 수 있습니다.

7. 아동

24ours는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

1. What we store

24ours has no sign-up or account. Your tasks, Days, notes, history and settings are stored on your device. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, if iCloud is on, they are also stored in your own private iCloud database to keep devices with the same Apple ID in sync. On Android, this content is stored only on your device. That data is held by Apple and is not visible to the developer. Nothing is sent to servers run by the developer.

2. Ads (Google AdMob)

The free version of the iPhone, iPad and Android app shows Google AdMob ads: a banner at the bottom of the screen and a full-screen ad that may appear when you open or return to the app (app open ad). The Mac app and 24ours Pro show no ads. To serve ads, Google may collect and use information such as your IP address, device type and settings, and advertising identifiers. 24ours does not ask for tracking permission (ATT), so it does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA) on iOS. Where consent is required (for example, in the European Economic Area), a consent form appears first, and you can change your choice anytime in Settings › Ad privacy. 3. Usage analytics and crash diagnostics (Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve the app and diagnose errors. Screen views, feature use, button interactions, app version, device and operating-system information, app-instance and installation identifiers, crash reports and diagnostics may be sent to Google. Google may infer approximate location from IP addresses. The developer can access analytics results and crash reports. Collection is disabled in debug builds. We do not include task titles, subtask content or notes in analytics events, and do not set a user name or account identifier. Data is encrypted in transit and retained according to the Google services’ retention settings and policies. See Firebase privacy information.

4. Subscriptions

24ours Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store and processed by Apple. The developer never receives your payment details; the app only checks on your device whether a subscription is active. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Android currently has no subscription purchases and all features are free.

5. Notifications

Notifications are local and scheduled on your device. No information is sent to an external server for them.

6. Retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device and in your iCloud until you delete it or remove the app. Items you delete are kept in “Recently deleted” for a short time and then removed. You can delete 24ours data stored in iCloud in iOS Settings › Apple ID › iCloud. On Android, clear the app’s data or uninstall the app to remove its local data. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Contact the email below for privacy requests. Because there is no app account and names or email addresses are not linked to analytics, identifying and deleting an individual’s analytics or diagnostics may not always be possible.

7. Children

24ours is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
